The food was great and they give you more than enough and the service was outstanding also

Wonderful service and food was great. Had their Pork Stir Fry, and portion was larger than expected, and flavor was great too. For $9.99, this was a portion that could feed two people with a smaller appetite easily.

Food is always good...prices are right. Senior menu daily...people are down to earth...wait staff good people...take care of you like family. I live about 80 miles east of here in Park Forest...but every time I visit Ottawa I eat here !

Food tastes fresh and homemade. Large portions, fast service, clean, and fairly priced. Limited dessert options. Small parking lot. Great staff. Many food options - something for everyone.

Our family (now all grown) get together on Sundays. We enjoy playing games and watching football. Afterward we go to the Brite Spot. Food is good, reasonably priced and they have the best service I've experienced.

In town to do some hiking. Saw the reviews and were looking forward to a good meal. I had chicken and was offered the senior menu with soup and salad so that was a good deal. Soup tastes like it was from a can, and not a good one. The rolls were all prepackaged and dry as hell. They don't claim to have all fresh ingredients and it's obvious. My friend couldnt choke down her patty melt it was so bad. I'm pretty sure my chicken was frozen banquet chicken. And come on at least serve frozen corn not that canned shit. Loved our waitress though.

Good food and service.

One of my very favorite places to eat breakfast, lunch, or dinner. They have a cute little counter as well as dining tables. Specials every day. Food is scrumptious & portions are plentiful. Service is always excellent & friendly. Oh, they also have delicious desserts.

I've always loved this place. It has good food and the faces are always bright and pleasant. Now not everything is available at all times but this is my childhood. Prices are fine and the waitresses are lovely. The seating is nice and open. It is not perfect but no place is.

Home cooked meals and a date spot for my husband and I. This place is a hit for the seniors. I just enjoy the environment and the service is amazing there. I would recommend it. Food can be kind of bland.

Very good breakfast. The biscuits and gravy are tasty. Coffee is hot and good. Real half and half not the imitation kind. Plus they offer Equal, Splenda and Sweet N Low. ☺️

Good customer service from Jazzy this afternoon. Very attentive. Had a ham and cheese omelette. It was great, not rubbery like at other places. And the chicken Rosa Marina soup was good.
